Our client is a globally established, leading manufacturer that specialises in Solar PV panel technology and has a relentless focus on the innovation and creation of solar energy solutions. Given their success, they are continuing to expand their team and are now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager that will cover the European markets and report directly to the Head of Marketing for EMEA.

You would be joining one of the more dynamic teams in the business and is made up of extremely creative and competent individuals. Additionally, this role will be based in Germany and there is an option to have a remote working set up.

This is an important hire for our client where you will be relied upon to create and implement marketing strategies to drive the business in addition to some man management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
– Define and execute the European marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition
– Media planning and advertising
– Create brand content and awareness, develop campaigns to grow revenue and generate leads
– Support the sales team and generate new leads
– Develop social media content, events management and drive content for sales presentations and newsletters
– Organise and coordinate customer training

Education:
Degree educated in Technical Design, Creative Arts or related field of study

Requirements:
– 3 years’ minimum experience in Marketing, including digital marketing and events management
– Must be able to adopt both a strategic and creative mindset
– Fluent in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
– Full drivers license
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
